who help with connections get the right people and necessary people involved,
who helped communicate between the different groups, different departments & different people
who helped provide the required information, details & paperwork,
who help coordinate the paperwork, filling in details, verifying the details & writing the ‘scripture’
who answered my questions & explained things
who took the time to care and help facilitate this process a required and necessary formality
